At Safelight Berlin, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your electronics and analog gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using tracked shipping for high-value electronics.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the item for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
